Confidentiality agreement

This information note describes how to manage the APM site with regard to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it, as well as the data processing practices handled by customers and suppliers.
This is an information that according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code - regulates web services, with the various units of the APM structures, accessible via e-mail and the official APM website.
The confidentiality policy of the provided data has been drawn up in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Authorities, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46 EC adopted May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data getted online and, in particular, the modalities, times and nature of the information that processors should provide to users when these they link to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
1.0 TYPE OF TREATED DATA
1.1 privacy policy for navigation data
(I) Computer systems and software procedures for the operation of the APM website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that is not collected to be associated and identified by site visitors but which by their very nature could, through elaborations and data provided by third parties, allow users to identify. This data is used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on site use and to check for proper operation. Data may also be used for the detection of liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrime for damage to the site. Such data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of D.R. 271/2009 Annex B art. 14 and may be communicated to the Judicial Authority in the case of investigations, inspections, etc.
(Ii) This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, The numeric code indicating the status of the server response (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment. This data is used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistics on the use of the site and for checking the correct functioning (see also the cookies section).
Iii) data voluntarily provided by the user. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses on the site involves the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to meet the requests as well as any other personal data included in the letter.
Iv) The corporate site may contain links to other websites that have their own privacy statement. APM does not respond to the processing of data from these sites.
1.2 Cookie
The APM website uses some cookies to make their services simple while browsing the various pages and they can be used efficiently. Cookies are also used to improve the service rendered to users, making it more effective by enabling certain features. The APM web site uses two types of cookies to:
I) Session Cookies. These are indispensable for managing authentication to on-line services and private areas. The use of such cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user's computer and is eliminated with the closing of the navigation software) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers needed to allow safe and efficient site browsing . In addition, session cookies are useful for optimizing website performance by reducing page loading times. Disabling these cookies does not allow the use of part of the services offered on line.
Ii) Analytical / Third Party Monitoring Cookies. APM uses the Google Analytics service of Google, Inc. (hereinafter "Google") to generate statistics on the use of the web portal; Google Analytics uses cookies (not third-party) that do not store personal data.
